  1. I wish to thank you for being the only source I could find explaining what happened to Dwariko von Summaruga, co-author of Songs for the Journey Home.
I have used the set since meeting Dwariko in Glasgow around 2002-3, and it has traveled with me to my new home on the beautiful Isle of Skye, off the West Coast of Scotland. Several friends have admired the set, and I was searching online to help them secure a set.
Having learned how rare the cards and book are, especially with the personal signed message from Catherine and Dwariko, I shall be taking even greater care in future.
I only hope the family understand how much joy and love Dwariko brought to us, and they can find some comfort in knowing her energy lives on in each and every reading.
    Janet Russell

  2. I’m glad the information I dug up was useful to you! Thank you for sharing your story about the Songs for the Journey Home deck.

  3. Hi Janet, not sure if you’ll be reading this, but other people might be interested as well.

I’ve just received news (via the subscriber part of the Aeclectic Tarot Forum) that Catherine Cook will take back the remaining stock of the “Songs for the Journey Home” deck and the business of selling it (I have no idea when and where it will be available again, though).

So there’s hope for those who want to buy a(nother) copy of the deck!

  4. Hi,
Thank you for the blog posts and links related to the Ironwing Tarot. I’m not sure what you mean by saying that I’d “removed all the images” from the website. Maybe you visited the site when it wasn’t working properly. But images for all 78 cards are still there, and each group of cards (Majors, Pips, and Spirit Guides) has its own page, linked to text under the card images on the main Ironwing page.
Thanks again for linking to my site.

  5. @ ironwing:
Thanks for letting me know the Ironwing images are all still there! Since my check on another computer proved that my own laptop is apparently the only one who won’t show them, I of course deleted my comment about them being taken down. Sorry for the confusion!
